An Average Day

This book was written to provide a sample of a daily routine to any family. However, it can be really useful to those who have a child with difficulty keeping up with basic daily activities, or where transition is an issue.

By reading this book and using the attached visual cards, the child can get used to the everyday activities by getting an insight into Oliver's (main character) average days.

Since children are emotionally attached to their parents, they can easily pick up on both their positive and negative feelings. They may find it difficult to handle their emotions when they sense stressful or negative energy from their parents. Therefore, it is very crucial that parents should stay calm, patient, supporting and loving as much as possible.

Successfully setting up an effective system might help reduce stress generally occurring in life and can create peace of mind for both parents and children. Note, inner peace eventually leads to external peace.
