I am guilty of using a lot of the word trash in this book. But since I read this I noticed how often i have been using the words "should", "always" and "never" especially, and I'm already using them less. The fun thing about reading this book is that once you have you can't help but notice all the trash in other people's conversations too haha. But i want to work on applying some of the tips for word power - that is the harder, next step in word mastery. But wow. This book has already changed my life for the better. I'm getting into less needless arguments with my flatmate haha.
