You know what you're going to get with Jilly Cooper aNd she does not disappoint.Her take on the education system is another romp, tongue firmly stuck in cheek on what is a mammoth tale-don't drop it on your feet for gawd's sake, at 1000+ pages it wounds.Any new release has me slavering , and thsi is accessible with characters you care about and you end up cheering them on to the end.It may be light hearted but as a mother of school age children what she says about the cureent state of state education versus private will be very close to home to other parents.A eonderful read and one of my books of last year, very enjoyable!
