“A great first effort from Jonathan Ross...”
(Hardback)
The brother of TV's Paul Ross, Jonathan has been an avid comic book fan for his entire life and has spoken about it frequently (even hosting a documentary here and a TV show there).
This is his first effort at actually writing a comic and it's pretty damn good... combining vampires, American gangsters and aliens this is really worth jumping into... you won't regret it.
“Booze, guns, girls and...blood?”
(Hardback)
Given that this was written by Jonathan Ross many people may pass it by. But wait fair reader for Mr Ross has one of the largest collections of comic books and comic book art in England and his first attempt at penning one is not half bad. Be prepared to wade through a lot of dialogue in the first chapter as Ross sets the scene but the harmony between Ross's words and Tommy Lee Edwards images make this easy enough. The storyline flows very well mashing alien smugglers, 1920's gang warfare and Vampyr Aspirations. This story is not for the faint of heart so gird your loins and dive right in.
