Reviews: Tragic Magic (1)
“An Incredibly Well-Written book!”
(Paperback)
The tone and style of the langauge are amazing, definitely more prose focused, not plot-driven. It makes the reader think on many levels - emotionally, on a theoretical level, and on social level as well.
The majority of this occurs in a single, extremely lengthy day that encompasses all of the ideas from a lifetime up to that point. I adore how the main character uses music as a language to express himself. He hears a tune that he describes as tragic magic. When he questions the singer about it, he responds that there is no explanation. This concept is prevalent throughout the novel.
A truly enganging read, excellent!
