Reviews: Tiny Bird (1)
“Must read”
(Hardback)
by Pori Goswami
Tiny Bird is a sweet and simple story about love, acceptance, and bravery. It follows a bird family whose nest holds a surprise: out of three hatchlings, one is unusually tiny and fragile. Naturally, his parents worry about him, but they never stop encouraging him to feel just as normal and loved as his siblings. When it’s time to learn how to fly, the smallest bird’s fear of falling feels very real and relatable. The highlight of the book is the gentle, uplifting support from his father, who helps him overcome his fear and soar into the sky like the others. The writing is easy to follow and makes a lovely read for kids and parents alike. While the story is straightforward, its message about believing in oneself and the power of family makes it worth reading. Highly recommended for young readers and bedtime storytelling.
