Little blob Queetle is so certain he knows which way is UP, because it is obvious, and everybody he’s ever met agrees with him. But then Queetle meets Meeple – who has different ideas about UP and DOWN. They argue loudly and angrily. Then, after Queetle tumbles over, he realises that he is not always right and Meeple is not always wrong. A great book about listening to other’s opinions, and compromise. Highly recommended

Very biased as I love Tom Percival books - especially the Bright Little Feelings ones. Queetle (a yellow blob with stick arms and legs) knows which way is up and which is down. Meeple (a blue blob) also knows which way is up and which is down. Unfortunately Queetle and Meeple do not stand in the same way. This causes a bit of an argument. Until they realise that to be friends you have to meet in the middle sometimes - to compromise. Beautifully illustrated as always. Thanks to Netgalley and Bloombury Childrens books for the early copy.
