Reviews: The Lost Spells (21)
“Great book”
(Hardback)
by Catherine Craig Angelic Light
This is a great book with beautiful illustrations of nature and animals, which are accompanied by poetic spells, which together bring a dance of creativity that allows the reader to feel warmhearted, joyful and connected to nature and all that is. I highly recommend this beautiful piece of art.
“A very beautiful thing”
(Hardback)
by Jane Pennington
Many thanks to the author, publishers and Netgalley for a free ARC of this ebook. I am not going to labour any points about this book, other than to say it is stunning. It is beautiful. It is beyond any imagining one of the best books I have ever had the privilege to read. The poetry took me way beyond where I thought I could ever be, the art work is sublime. I would buy this book for the people that I Iove the most. I am so grateful that I have had the opportunity to read it
“Great companion for book”
(CD-Audio)
by Maureen Banton
This CD is a great companion to the book. It comes into its own when you want a quiet, calm moment listening to a beautiful poem.
“Great gift for all”
(Hardback)
by Maureen Banton
An exceptional book in both illustrations and words, displaying a love for our British wildlife. I purchased this book for my sister, who is in her late seventies, and she thought it a wonderful gift.
“The lost spells”
(Hardback)
by Kristian Wallis
Such a wonderful book to read and so beautifully illustrated. A great follow up to the lost words. We read these spells on Halloween and conjured up animal spirits.
