As exciting as the first book in this series (I haven't read the second), Ollie Turner and his friends from The Haven are once again pitted against the evil Maddy Sykes. They find themselves in a seemingly impossible situation, with Lily trapped in a prison that offers little chance of escape, do Ollie and the gang try to rescue her, and so play into Sykes' hands? Author Simon Lelic has definitely got the knack of writing page-turners that will appeal to teen readers. I can't wait to get these books into their hands.
