Reviews: The Ersatz Elevator (2)
“Another Great Read.”
(Paperback)
This is yet another great addition to the series.
Written in the same loveable way as the past books the children continue along the series of unfortunate events which directs their lives. Filled with new and old characters the children continue to work towards finding happiness and uncovering the larger mystery that surrounds the mysterious events of recent times. As with every book so far we’re left with unanswered questions which we can only understand by continuing through the series.
“Another disastrous instalment of misery.”
(Paperback)
If you were expecting happy orphans excited to live in their fifth foster home, you’d be wrong. I absolutely recommend this book to people who want to keep themselves up at night, because this read is filled misery, woe and unpleasantry, so try to avoid this book if you are looking for a toddlers book about unicorns, get it if you are trying to ruin your life, or simply looking for a good story about unhappy orphans, misery, villainy or plot twists.
