Thank you so much to the publisher for sending me a copy of this book. I absolutely loved this dystopian novel, it’s has serious The Handmaids Tale vibes. The pacing was excellent, the adrenaline that I felt whilst reading this made it absolutely unputdownable. I found myself so invested in Stella and her journey through New America. This book is so gripping, so thought provoking and you couldn’t cut the tension with a knife. Teens (and adults) everywhere need to read this book!

A fantastic read for anyone who likes a bit of suspense and some dystopian vibes in their books. It has some very clear parallels with The Handmaid's Tale but the way the story moves feels very fresh and compelling. The main character is a great narrator and she makes you feel for her all through the book. The short chapters really allow you to feel gripped by the story and make you struggle to put it down. I was constantly telling myself I would only read 1 more chapter... and I finished it all in one day. Thank you very much to the oublisher for sending me an advance reader proof copy. I absolutely adored this.
