Reviews: Ten Seconds (9)
“Great read”
(Paperback)

I didnt realise that this book was the 3rd in a series when I started reading but I found it was fine as a standalone but I would have liked to have read the first 2 books first to get comfortable with the characters. The story was a good crime drama mystery clearly written, and I really liked the main character, Ben Harper, and will definitely be catching up on books 1 and 2 very soon. The ending was unexpected, and I didn't see it coming at all. A new author for me, and I'm very happy to have been introduced
“Good addition to the series”

Part of a series this was my first read with these characters. Set in different time lines this is a story that has many multiple strings to follow. You follow what connects multiple murders, kidnapping, and house break ins . This story has many relatable characters and you will wish to follow their journey. I received a free review copy from the publisher in exchange for my honest unedited feedback.
“Interesting read”

When Ben Harper’s boss is kidnapped he needs to go back to what happened years ago in the area. With a host or varied characters this is an interesting read. Thanks to Netgalley for a digital copy of this book
“Interesting but confusing read”
(Paperback)
by Michelle De Alwis
Ten seconds is the third book in the Ben harper series. I enjoyed the first two books, so I was looking forward to reading this one. After a Birthday celebration Ben Harper’s boss Madeline gets into a carto go home. But the next morning he finds out that she has gone missing. Ben must go back to his past to find the clues to what happened to Madeline. In doing so he finds out that she has been kidnapped. Who has kidnapped her and why? This is another interesting read that continues from the previous two books. There is lots of twists and turns in this and a lot of characters, so because of this I struggled to connect to this story and it sometimes left me confused. Personally, I didn’t enjoy it as much as the first two books. 3 stars.
