Tacta is a great little game in which players seek to have the greatest number of dots showing on their cards at the end of the game. Cards are placed by lining up the shapes on the cards and so players can cover opponent’s dots to reduce their points and increase their own. Each turn can be played with a choice of two cards - one from the bottom or the top of the deck - so players can choose to save their more valuable cards until later in the game or when a more advantageous position arises.It’s a super-quick game to learn and, with only 18 cards per player, quick to play, but has a lot of opportunities for tactical play, making smart moves to improve your score.
