“Good map but terrible service from Waterstones.”

The map is great. The on-line service from Waterstones, however, was truly awful. It cost me more in telephone charges to try to resolve my issue, than the cost of the map. Watersones customer service will not respond to my emails. I will never purchase from Waterstones again and my advice is to buy elsewhere.
