Reviews: Submarine (3)
“So funny”
(Paperback)
by ashleigh adams
Such a good book, I feel like we can all relate to being a dramatic teenager. Oliver spends the entire book basically thinking he can solve everyone’s problems for them. Often in some very very bizarre ways. So well written and enjoyable, not just for 18-25 year olds.
“Submarine”
(Paperback)
by Jasmine at Birmingham High Street
This account of the world as viewed by 15 year old Oliver is hilarious. On the surface he is your average teenage boy into girls and porn but the reality is that he is a highly intelligent young man (with a bit of crazy thrown in) He puts himself above everyone else in a way that only teenagers are able and the results are spectacularly cringe inducing. I really enjoyed this and would definitely reccommend.
“Loved It!”

As a girl I highly enjoyed this account of the 15 year old Oliver and his thoughts and life during teenage hood left me both laughing and feeling awkward at times
