Couldn’t put this book down. Such a good read packed with love, friendships, comedy and drama!

On visiting Jane Fallon's website I noticed that there is not a newsletter to let readers know when Jane has a new book out. I did tweet her about it which Jane thinks this is a good idea. I hope Jane includes newsletters soon as I think this is good for business for an author to send newsletters to readers informing them when a new book is about to be released to generate sales. I only knew that Jane had this new book out Strictly Between Us because I see it in the newspaper, but if I had not bought the newspaper I would have been none the wiser that Jane Fallon had a new book out. This is where newsletters form an author to readers are a big help. About Strictly Between Us, I loved it all. Why did I want to read Jane Fallons new book? That is simple I had read Foursome and Skeletons which I loved them equally. So what happens in Strictly Between Us? Michelle and Patrick are happy married aren't they? What happens when you suspect your husband is having an affair? He has his perfect excuse ready for you. Of course you believe him don't you?. What about your best friend, you trust her don't you? But your friend hears gossip that your loving husband has eyes for other women, so she plots a scheme using her work college to catch your husband in the act. All in a day's work, P45's should be issued out to all the people for spreading the rumours keeping secrets and telling lies.

Among a rather over-full market of "chick lit" authors, Jane Fallon's books stand out as being just that much better than most of the rest. However, my one gripe is that they all seem to be about infidelity - I'd love it if she branched out and covered a slightly different topic, just for variety's sake. Strictly Between Us is an enjoyable read which, while you can pretty much see what's coming a mile off, does still have a few surprises in store along the way.
