DK do cookbooks well, make no mistake, but this is probably their best by a country mile. It's comprehensive, well laid out, has everything from Sourdough, to Madeleines, to Key-Lime Pie, and is full of photographs which really help you understand what you're doing. Perfect for those who want a bible of comprehensive recipes, or just want to do some casual baking. I swear by it.
