This brilliant cookbook is testament to how hearty and imaginative plant-based cooking can be. They are the kind of recipes you could serve up to non-vegans without any complaints. I love Grace's no-nonsense, witty and easygoing approach to recipes. I suspect this book will be a mainstay of my kitchen for years to come!

We are lucky enough to live near this fabulous restaurant and are big fans so the publication of the book is a real treat. I have just successfully cooked ‘cauli’ tikka masala and Bombay potatoes for the first time. It’s a lovely book visually, and written in a way that doesn’t intimidate if you’re not used to cooking new meals with lots of ingredients. It’s going to be much used in my kitchen!
