“Smile Steals the Show”
(Paperback)
by King Sley
out of all the books I've ever read i have to admit this must be one of my favourite book.i rate this book 10/10. this book is about a teenage girl who is getting braces but then falls over and knocks out her front two teeth which makes it more troubling for her to get her braces.A reason why i love this book is because Raina (main character) also went through bullying which shows that she is resilient because near the end of the book she realized that they were fake friends so then she starts fresh and makes even better friends which is so inspiring. my favourite character is raina and thersa because they are just like me in several ways. i recommend this book to children that are getting braces or that are going through bullying. “a true story”
(Paperback)
by suzanne fareham
A graphic novel telling the authors story about when she knocked out her two front teeth, and the orthodontic work she had to go through over 4 years .plus the normal teenage angst. A good read and well illustrated, great for anyone who is about to or already wearing braces. It shows that braces aren't that bad and eventually it will be over and you will eventually have a great set of teeth. "Family, friends, boys ...dental drama?". A great true story.
