Reviews: Small Steps (5)
“Great book”
(Paperback)
Bought this book to read to my class of 9-11 year olds as we had studied Holes and they loved it. Although not quite as engaging, a good follow up to some of the characters' lives.

“A fabulous sequel”
(Paperback)
The follow up to Louis Sachar’s fabulous “Holes” brings readers to the new and improved life of Armpit – one of the boys retrieved from the juvenile prison. However whilst Armpit has changed his ways, his friends have not, and they soon find themselves in another hilarious predicament. Sachar’s ability to create comedic yet serious novels is more than inspiring – it’s outstanding!

I thought this book was alright, but no match for Holes. I was slightly disapointed with the ending, but I would still reconmend it to other people
