I LOVED this collection of short stories. It exceeded my expectations on all counts. And I had very high expectations given the all-star cast of endorsements and critical reviews...In particular, I was a huge Roddy Doyle fan in my 20s...so it piqued my interest he had recommended it so highly. It did not disappoint. Relatable. Funny. Surprising. The characters feel like everyone you know yet the stories are not what you're expecting and they stick with you. It was such an enjoyable read, I ordered several more to give as gifts. Great read.
