This book shares experiences from a wide range of people who practise the Quaker meditation Experiment with Light. It is both helpful to newcomers in the practice, and for those who have some history with it. I found the discussions around developing the original meditation in terms of one's own circumstances particularly valuable. For any Light practitioner, this is a highly recommended book.
