Salesman 2, great incite to the SOE and operations that these brave people put themselves forward for. There is always something more to learn about WW2 and this book delivers, detail allowing the readers to see weapons, formations, and maps. This helps you understand the investigation that has gone into this operation, and it's been studied from all angles to give you another view of the operation. Highly recommended. C. WOOLLEY

The author has crafted an incredibly forensic account whilst telling a compelling story. I doubt any other account of the mission, or this incredibly brave woman has been written from this perspective or insight. The author brings all his experience as a former Police Officer to the table in piecing together what may have happened and how clandestine operations were carried out in WW2. From scene photography, maps and first-hand accounts to equipment and methods of operation Salesman 2 has it all. Having recently finished "Arnhem" I was looking forward to reading this and was not disappointed. Highly recommended to all. R. Tyson
