Having read the first edition online, I was impressed by the greater cogency and depth of the arguments in the second edition. I immediately bought another copy for my son. The events of 2008 and 2016 have only served to strengthen the case made by the author for a sustainable approach to economic policy. The book is engagingly written, and gives food for thought on every page.
