“Predictably Irrational”
(Paperback)
by David Kohn
A fascinating insight into how we perceive things and how we make decisions that debunks some of the tenets of conventional economics. The book shows how we are a lot less rational and logical than we think, and how our behaviours and attitudes are influenced by things we never even noticed. This is a must-read for any professional marketeer, but for 'normal' people it also works as an entertaining and occasionally shocking expose of how our supposedly independent thoughts can be manipulated. Well worth it.
