Reviews: Phosphorescence (1)
“Enjoyable”
(Paperback)
In my mind this was going to be a very different book than the one it actually was. I thought it would be more rooted in science and less about mind/spirit. Once I had adjusted to that I mostly enjoyed it. It does read rather like a bunch of articles rather than a whole, coherent book and there are times when I really struggled with stretching to make phosphorescence the overarching thing that links it all together. Having said all that, Baird is an engaging writer and there were sections of the book that really spoke to me.
