Reviews: Peter Pan (1)
“A childhood classic...”
(Paperback)
by Elizabeth at Aberdeen
"All children, except one, grow up." Peter Pan has always been my favourite Disney film and it wasn't until much later that I read the book. All in all it made me a child again. As a symbol of the everlasting youth in us all, Peter Pan is nothing short of a bright, resourceful, idealistic, egotistical, and impulsive young boy. At times some of his methods surprised me and almost made me dislike him, but no one's perfect! Barries writing style is so unique and precious, you might be able to compare Lemony Snicket to this genius. This classic childrens tale is one I will read for years to come, if ever you need to inject some imagination and adventure into your lives, Peter Pan should be your first port of call.
