The cast are all good, lalla ward, mary tamm, louise jameson's leela and John leeson are great. Unfortunately I found the series a little dull. Too much talk and not enough action really. The overall plots were okay with some stories better than others. The star rating will indicate my feelings on that. I thought series three was okay, a slip back into the dull infighting on gallifrey.
