“Great book”
(Paperback)
by Hayley M-B
Great book, loved it from start to finish with its wrists and turns. Great characters who are very likeable with a historical backdrop.

the debut novel by anton du beke that is. like strictly taken back to the 1930's. this is hugely enjoyable and is a breath of fresh air.
“Fabulous Book!”
(Paperback)
by Heidi Jones
I was a little skeptical at first about buying this book. In the end I couldn't put it down. I really enjoyed the big personalities and the relationships between the different characters. The story woven through setting the backdrop to the era was a really pleasing surprise and gave the book added depth.

“It gets better”
(Paperback)
by Joy Bosworth
This Book is better than the first few pages suggest. On starting it I feared it would all be so stuffed with adjectives that it would be suffocating. It's how one would expect an estate agent to write. But once into characters it is much better. As one would expect the author can describe the life of a dancer well and also the splendour of a ballroom. However this is also good on historical detail. Some of which could have been fiction but music styles and steps are genuine. It's certainly better than its beginning suggests and is in parts quite soppy.
