Holly Jackson at her best but easily her most heartbreaking novel yet. This is Jackson’s debut adult novel and you can tell since the tone is much darker and more insidious. But despite this the charm and humour of her YA novels is still there. I loved every single second of this book: the thriller aspect, the amazing complicated and well rounded characters and the fast paced action packed plot. You cannot put this book down. It is exhilarating and I read this book within 48 hours I am restraining myself with this review since I want everyone to experience this by themselves but it is so well worth the read. Also that ending was illegal, I will be sending Holly my therapy bill after crying in a random hotel in Lisbon.

Amazing book. First one I have read of Holly's. Read it in 4 hours. Couldn't put it down. Now To try her other books.

This book was so different to what I have read before. Holly Jackson immerses you from the very first paragraph. I laughed along the way and I cried. This is only the 2nd book that has succeeded in that. Amazing author, wonderful story telling. Kept me guessing till the end, when I realised it was a thought of nooo, why. Wonderful book. Recommended to everyone

I got this book as it was the only Holly Jackson book I was missing. This book is amazing, the plot keeps you hooked while having the best twists and turns. Although, the emotions I felt reading this book was like none other before, I do recommend unless you cry at even the small things, in which I think you'll run out of tears to cry. When reading I recommend tissues on hand.
