This includes popular recipes, such as carrot cake, Victoria sponge, chocolate muffins and banana cake. Additionally, there are lots of fruit filled recipes to tempt you to include more fruit in your diet, such as blackberry bundt cake and plumb and poppy seed tart. Each recipe has a small introduction, which details why the author included it and whether it is best tried in a certain season. Additionally, in the back of the book there is a helpful chart that shows you when each fruit or vegetable used in the book is in season.
