Aliens have taken over the world and the Veiled Lady presides. An asteroid is heading towards the planet to create a massive catastrophe. (Happy days, eh!). Our hero and occult expert, Nameless, is hired to stop this happening and sent off in space as the interpreter of the language being used by the inhabitants of the asteroid ,Xibalba – an ancient civilisation which is not out to do any good and messes with our minds! Interesting and novel, this collection is engaging and entertaining as well as quite bloody. However I have to admit that I did not find the storyline clear at times, even confusing (unexpected flashbacks didn't help), which also goes for the artwork. Maybe I'm just getting old!
