Mark Mason is a brilliant author- this book is for the journey he takes from Lands End to John O'Groats- or Lejog- by... wait for it... Local bus. It's a brilliant read, funny, factual and fantastic. Originally bought for a present for my dad thinking he might like it after he loved Bill Bryson's Notes From A Small Island and another of Mark Mason's books - Mail Obsession- he passed it back, well read, and declared it "brilliant" and told me I really had to read it.
