After reading Yahtzee Croshaws ‘Jam’, I was recommended this book by a friend. Within the first paragraph I was hooked and didn’t put it down until I finished it- it was a struggle to go to sleep for work the next morning! It’s a funny story with a main character that has genuine motives and always adds a layer of wonder as the story unfolds. By far my favourite book of the year so far.

Mogworld is a book full of twists which makes you want to find out just what will happen! Combining magic, immortality and games, this book has dry humor, but is written to make you want to read on and on to find out what will happen. If you like the reviwer "Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw" then you will find this book a great read.

So true to the MMORPG world, I speak as a recovering WoW addict, and a brilliant new perspective from the world. It's nice to hear an npc's side of things! Yahtzee's trademark sarcasm and descriptive language make for a brilliant comic fantasy novel. He ties together the two worlds, code and rendered universe, well and peppers the story with enough information from the programmers side of things to make for a very compelling and engrossing story. A great book for any MMORPG gamer or fans of comic fantasy.
