Mind+Machine is a wonderfully written book bringing practical insights on how to leverage the new capabilities of business analytics. Unlike many other books, it comes with extensive hands-on use cases and it shows very practical rules to be applied as well as pitfalls to avoid while managing use cases. I really enjoyed reading this book and I will go back to it several times in the future when confronted to similar practical situations in my day-to-day job. The content richness makes it a reference and I highly recommend it to any senior manager wanting to bring value to his organization with data analytics.
