A good, fun read - compelling and exciting, I couldn't put it down! I loved that the main characters are equals; both are rich and successful - and both are carrying their own emotional baggage to overcome. This isn't just another Cinderella rescue story; they rescue each other. There's intrigue and tension through the novel, but the equality was a big winner for me; the narration switches from Holly to Mac and back again, so that we get to hear both of their thoughts, and the sex scenes are fantastic: steamy, shared and passionate encounters - giving and receiving, with care and tenderness between the characters, without detracting or distracting from the story. And so steamy! The secondary characters have their own lives and stories, and aren't just there as filler. The locations sound amazing - I really want to go to the Scilly Isles now!
