Reviews: Maths — No Problem! Multiplication and Division, Ages 7-8 (Key Stage 2) (49)
“Wow!!”
(Paperback)
This book helped my sons math improve massively! He is a fantastic reader however always struggles and quite often doesn't have time for math however this book was a game changer! Looking forward to getting the others in the set!
“Great resource!”
(Paperback)
My 6 year old and I were very impressed with this resource. It’s engaging, clear and was at the right level to challenge him whilst remaining very enjoyable. I feel that it’s good value for money and a really positive resource to have should you feel the need to supplement what schools are offering. I received this book, free but it is a honest review.
“Good workbook”
(Paperback)
I got this for my 8 year old who enjoys maths but needs lots of practice before she remembers how to do things.
This book is great. It follows a similar structure to a lesson at school with a starter, example and lots of practice for each new part. It covers 3, 4 and 8 times tables with sections on division and multiplication for each, plus using 2 digits. The pictures and diagrams to help work out the answers are clear. My daughter enjoyed working through the pages and even snuck it up to bed with her to do some more!
“Book aimed at year 3 child”
(Paperback)
This book focuses on the 3,4,8 times tables and then moves on to multiplying/ dividing by double digit numbers and short/long division.
There are lots of examples which will help parents to support their child as they work through the book. Sometimes as a parent it can be hard to support your child when they are given homework if you don’t understand the methods that they use but this book clearly shows how the working is done.
The methods used in this book are the ones my son uses at school.
This book is suitable for a year 3 child.
“Great addition resource”
(Paperback)
I have twin boys who have just turned 8 years old. I got these books just as an additional resource just to keep their minds busy with actual paper and pencil as most of their homework seems to be one. They really enjoyed this book, it really fits in with what they're learning at school this te too! One of my boys was super proud and xouldnt wait to show me his world! Will definitely look at getting the rest of the series. Great tool for KS2!
