Reviews: Maths — No Problem! Multiplication and Division, Ages 7-8 (Key Stage 2) (49)
“Child friendly yet very effective!”
(Paperback)
by Joann Teggart
Like most parents of young children I have worried about the impact of missing so much school due to Covid and having to divide my time and attentions. My son was not too keen at the thought of doing more homework but after we sat down watched the video (QR code) and had a quick scan of the book my son said he was excited to start. What he liked most about the work book was the examples and samples were very clear and broken down to its simplest form. There were not too many questions to each page and it wasn’t overly cluttered. He also loved the time we spent together just us and the praise he was receiving for completing the tasks. He also appreciated the fact the answers where in the back if he needed them. I would recommend these books and will make purchases for my other children.

My 7 year old daughter absolutely loved going through this work book. During lockdown, we struggled with maths and how to teach her. This book has lots of pictures to guide the child and is easy for parents to use to teach too! Definitely recommend.

What a fantastic book to increase a child’s enthusiasm for improving their multiplication and division skills. Colourful, interesting and fun tasks definitely helped in my household. A great way of supporting your child’s school learning in a different way. I’ll be buying more!
“Maths made fun”
(Paperback)
by Hayley Alkins
My son who is 6 (nearly 7) loved the 7-8 multiplication and division. Difficult enough to challenge him but not too difficult to put him off. He opened it and tucked in to the maths straight away even choosing to do some before school one morning. The pictures and explanations were perfectly aimed for him to understand and enjoy.
