Although at first i was quite skeptical on R.Grene's preaching in general, I found this book very interesting and very informative. He has managed to use past and contemporary masters views and teachings to successfully create what i would call, a self help book to succeeding in the 21st century. My only negative would be that the book is a little disjointed but in fairness Rob does mention that this is the case and why he needed to do this.
