This is a magnificent cookery book in many different ways but it really should come with a warning. The photography of Stuart Scott is so unbelievably hypnotic that hours can pass inbetween page turns. Each dish looks like something that Lewis Carroll would have imagined and as the story of Marque unfolds inbetween Mark Best's recipes and Scott's phenomenal ability to take a memorable picture, you begin to understand the difference between a good book and a truely great one.
