Ennemies to lovers is one of my favourite tropes and I was very much looking forward to finding it here, however I was confronted with an un-expected twist as the animosity turned out to be pretty much one-sided! In fact Dorian is the sweetest, most adorable MMC ever! Honestly, I found myself going “aaaaww” so many times and wanting to give him hugs for just about the whole book. Bellatrix is a much more prickly character, and essentially the embodiment of “I’ve been hurt too much to give anyone else the chance to do so ever again”. The ultimate black cat FMC…
