As always his grace books never fail to impress most enjoyable

Peter James has over many books continued to excite,enthrall,and bring to life his character Roy Grace, very well researched about modern day policing,integrating Roy's private life.very well written bringing to life, police, criminal and victim, page after page, book after book, excellent many thanks Peter James,and I would highly recommend this to anyone,read them all you won't be disappointed.

I love reading books set where I live and to see so many places that I come across in my daily life. Brighton and West Sussex are one of the most beautiful places in England, but that doesn’t mean that crimes are not happening here. Peter James is a must read author and while his stories are fiction related, they always call for an awareness of what happens around us. Fast-paced, methodical police procedural, with so many twists and turns that have put my imaginations and theories at try. I loved how everything comes together and how there are so many tidbits of psychology throughout the pages. I didn’t trust the husband for one moment. I always felt like something was amiss, and some characters picked my interest quite a bit. Everyone had something to hide, and the detectives unveiled some secrets in the most unexpected way. Left you dead is another must-read and suspenseful book that many readers will enjoy as much as I did.

Every year I look forward to the new Roy Grace novel However this one has to go down as the best yet! All the twists and in the novel are quite incredible. I' ll leave it there. All I can say is simply read it. You will not be disappointed

Peter James is my favourite crime thriller author and this latest book does not disappoint. The details of the police and forensic procedures add realism to the story line without being boring. The balance between the private life and police life of Grace is spot on. I loved the unforeseen twists and turns of the story plot. For any new reader to the Grace books it would be well worth reading the series in order.
