A perfect accompaniment to the incredible Good Girls Guide to Murder trilogy. There’s a lot packed into this short novella; explaining how Pip came up with the idea for her initial project in book 1 and the inspiration for her actions in book 3.. Although it’s a prequel I’d recommend reading after the trilogy!

If it’s written by holly Jackson then it’s definitely a good book. This was a fun read a cool add to the story, and helps you know more about the first case that pip investigated. Recommend reading it before or after finishing the trilogy.

This is a prequel to the Good Girl's Guide to Murder series and is set during a murder mystery party. Whilst it is only short it is a worthy addition to the series.

Holly Jackson NEVER disappoints! Delving into a murder mystery game with Pip and her friends, I was so gripped and devoured this in one sitting. I absolutely loved how it set up the beginning of the A Good Girls Guide to Murder series all whilst being the perfect little conclusion!

Not a bad little novella. Perfectly shows where the idea came from. Not as gripping but still a very fun read showing Pippa and her friends as young and naive before the secrets were revealed.
