I wasn't sure what to expect with this book as it is a humour book but looks serious when you first pick it up. I had a flick through and was soon convinced when I read some of the text - it is very funny throughout. The person showing the positions is very professional, which adds to the illusion that this is a genuine guide for how to get to sleep if you're having problems. This is shattered by the back cover, which suggests there is no chance this book will help at all. It's just a very good comedy book in the style of the Kama Sutra. Well worth a read.
