Truly one of the best collections of poetry out there. If you are tempted to buy it, do: you won't be disappointed. I have already bought two copies for friends and can't seem to stop giving my copies away. 'Intimates' is almost too good to keep! There is a 'right'ness to Farish's words, and she really knows, like all great poets, how to end a poem superbly. Her work is truly stunning, an absolute joy to read.
