i have been waiting for this book since the day Brisingr came out, It was well worth the wait. It was fabulousy written and the storyline was amazing. A magnificent end to a wonderful series!

I've been waiting for this book for what seems forever now, but I'm in two minds wether to read it or not, if I don't, no doubt I'll be missing out on an absolutely breathtaking finale to an awesome adventure, if I do, that aforementioned awesome adventure will be over, and that is a very sad thought indeed. I loved this book. I was outside Waterstones 2 hours before opening time just so I could get it before school. I skipped lessons and did nothing but read this book the day it came out. It was a great book, the cover is beautiful but overall I was disappointed. It left a lot unanswered and I want to know more. It was also quite repetitive. Roran pulls of some seemingly impossible feats, Eragon and Arya get close then again nothing happens and there is a lot of fighting that is the same> However I would recommend this to anyone as long as they have read the other three.

I fell that the book is a great conclusion to the beloved series, its action -filled and further enhances the character's and their struggle to kill the old foe. it is gripping,enthralling and compelling to read and i felt sombre when i finished reading as i want it to never end!!

I have been gripped from the beginning of the series & have loved every minute of it!! Can't believe its at an end I did cry at the end just because that was it, it was the end. I have enjoyed following in this adventure & look forward to reading more books from Christopher Paolini.
