I enjoyed the first book in this series so much that I preordered Infamous so I could read it sooner (I’m in the U.S.), and I’m very glad that I did. This follow-up from Lex Croucher is brilliant, funny, and delightful. I will watch patiently for anything more to come from the author.

Another brilliant book by Croucher who manages to pack in a lot of laugh-out-loud moments in a book that doesn’t let you get your eyes off the page (because so much happens!). If you loved Reputation, do yourself a favour and pick this up too!

I devoured this book in a single day despite finding myself trying to slow down because I just didn't want it to end! It is a refreshing period story, and everything a sapphic entanglement needs to be. Lex has a fun, witty and distinctive voice that keeps your eyes on the page for hours on end. They were able to truly warm the heart of this queer person going through a tough time, by bringing me along for a really nice adventure. Very thankful for this book.

I really enjoyed this novel, having previously read and enjoyed Reputation by the same author, I was really looking forward to this one. It does follow a similar formula to Reputation but with a welcome queer twist.
