“Fabulous Book!”
(Hardback)
Much more than just a cookery book, it's History, Armchair Travel, and Cookery all rolled into one. I love the style it's written in, the personality of the author and his love of his heritage, food and craft shines through, very readable. The recipes are relatively easy to follow, I'd say something for all levels of ability. I've had great results so far. I like the way the author explains the regional variety of Indian foods. Lots of Indian Cookery books claim to be 'authentic'. I believe this one is. Bonus is the cute bag it comes in. Highly recommended.
