“Big love for this book! ”
(Hardback)
by Claire Macken
It’s genius and captivating toddlers, kids and adults alike in our house. The 3D glasses make the kids feel like it is a game and there has been a lot of competition to see who can find the hidden animals. It really should be on a schools curriculum...wish learning was this much fun for me growing up!
“Kaleidoscope of Colour”
(Hardback)
by Rach&Marc
Discover 180 animals with a masterpiece of colour that comes to life with special lenses. Such a beautiful experience for children (and adults) to go through with different habitats such as the jungle, grasslands and woodlands to see what hidden animals you will discover. Rachel Williams has written two other amazing books: Adventures & Atlas of Animal Adventures.
“Interactive fun”
(Hardback)
by Richard Keay
This is something a bit different to the current range of Very Big Nature Books, and while some of the images are fairly easy to spot without the magic lenses, most of them only really come to life with the use of them, and are pretty invisible to the naked eye. It's a really clever idea, and as well as giving you interesting information on the creatures and their environments, the book is lots of fun and will appeal to the whole family.
