Book one of four. I thoroughly enjoyed How Does It Feel? By Jeneane O’Riley This was my first dark romance book and ooooh boy was it an eye opener, A strong enemies to lovers. My only complaint is that the first few chapters were a bit long but there was a point to it. And I loved that it reflects the authors hobbies. Callie, who is a scientist, finds a magic mushroom ring in the middle of the forest. She lands on the unseelie prince who is absolutely adamant that she is an assassin and sets out to kill her in awful ways. He doesn’t succeed, but becomes slightly obsessed with her. And it spirals from their throughout the whole series in great darkness This series is not for the faint hearted. Trigger warnings are there for a reason, if you are slightly insane for the right warnings, it’s a great read!
